Please send an email enquiry before making your first booking or if it has been more than 12 months since your last appointment. The email enquiry link can be found under the Contact heading. This is to ensure that Kym has current availability to accept new clients. Thank you for your understanding!

Each appointment is booked for 60 minutes in duration. Please let Kym know if you feel that you may need more than 60 minutes for an initial appointment.

Appointments are charged at $195 for a 60 minute session, for both individuals and couples. Payment is required at time of booking your appointment.

Unfortunately, there are no Medicare rebates or GP Mental Health Care Plans available for these services. A rebate may be available through your private health insurance so please check with your provider to see if a claim can be made.

Telehealth appointments are available for existing clients who wish to organise this in advance. Clients do not require a written referral to make an appointment. However, if you do have one, please bring it to your first session as these are often very helpful.

Please note – appointments cancelled or rescheduled between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment time will result in a $50 late cancellation fee. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 24 hours will not receive a refund for the cost of the appointment.  If you need to reschedule for any reason, please advise Kym as soon as possible so that other arrangements can be made.
